توضح هذه الصفحة كيف تطلب حذف حسابك في كفوو | Kafo (التطبيق على Google Play و App Store والموقع app.kafogame.com) وحذف البيانات المرتبطة به.
1. خطوات حذف الحساب
- افتح تطبيق كفوو أو app.kafogame.com وسجّل الدخول بحسابك.
- افتح صفحة حسابي ثم اضغط «حذف حسابي نهائياً»، أو افتح مباشرة صفحة حذف الحساب.
- أشّر على خانة التأكيد ثم اضغط «تأكيد حذف الحساب نهائياً».
يُحذف الحساب فوراً، ولا يمكن التراجع عن الحذف أو استرجاع البيانات بعده.
2. البيانات التي تُحذف
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف وكلمة المرور.
- بيانات اللعب: الألعاب التي أنشأتها وأسماء الفرق والنقاط وسجل الأسئلة التي لعبتها.
- بيانات الاشتراك: الباقة ورصيد الألعاب وسجل الألعاب المخصومة والأجهزة المسجلة. الرصيد المتبقي يسقط بالحذف ولا يُسترد.
- محادثات الدعم الفني: رسائلك وما أرفقته بها.
3. البيانات التي قد يُحتفظ بها
- بلاغات الأسئلة: تبقى لتصحيح المحتوى لكن دون أي ربط بحسابك.
- سجلات الدفع: قد نحتفظ بسجلات الاشتراك والدفع المدة التي يتطلبها القانون فقط. أما إيصالات الشراء لدى Google Play و App Store فتبقى لدى المتجر وفق سياساته.

Delete your Kafo (كفوو) account
This page explains how to request deletion of your Kafo | كفوو account and its associated data.
- Open the Kafo app or app.kafogame.com and sign in.
- Go to My account (حسابي) and tap "Delete my account permanently" (حذف حسابي نهائياً), or open the delete account page directly.
- Tick the confirmation box and tap "Confirm permanent account deletion" (تأكيد حذف الحساب نهائياً).
The account is deleted immediately and cannot be restored. If you cannot sign in, email info@kafogame.com from the address registered on the account and we will delete it after verifying ownership.
Deleted: account data (name, email address, phone number, password), gameplay data (games, team names, scores, question history), subscription data (plan, games balance, usage log, registered devices) and support conversations with their attachments.
May be kept: question error reports, with no link to your account; and subscription and payment records, only for as long as the law requires. Purchase receipts held by Google Play and the App Store remain with the store under its own policies.
